LAIVE is hiring an exceptional early-career Founder’s Associate to help us scale every aspect of our operations - from customer success to growth, marketing, product, and revenue.
This is not a narrowly defined role. We’re looking for someone who is hungry to grow, deeply curious, and highly dependable - someone who brings energy, rigour, and a deep sense of purpose to everything they do. You’ll drive forward key initiatives across the company and play a crucial role in building the future of coaching.
Depending on your interests and strengths, you could grow into a specialist role in Customer Success, Growth, Product, or Revenue over time. We’ll support your development, but the direction will be yours to shape.

What you will do
As a Founder’s Associate, you’ll work across functions and adapt quickly to new challenges. Example tasks include:
Customer Success & Operations
Become a product matter expert – get involved in Product-Market-Fit, Testing and Feedback Circles
Speak directly to users – gather insights, resolve pain points, and strengthen relationships with partners, and new and existing coaches.
Build automations to streamline internal processes
Accounting & Finance
Support financial operations — track expenses, manage invoices, and reconcile transactions to ensure accurate records.
Assist with financial reporting — prepare monthly summaries, forecasts, and key financial metrics for internal review.
Coordinate with external accountants — help with bookkeeping, tax filings, and compliance documentation.
Growth, Marketing & Strategy
Research new growth areas — identify markets & opportunities.
Do outreach to relevant partners & coaches
Work with local teams and existing users to boost engagement; run regular surveys and produce actionable reports.
Manage stakeholders, track timelines and ensure message consistency across channels.
Track and report on several KPIs and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
Develop cross-channel marketing & brand strategies to engage the audience & ultimately grow the waitlist

Experience & Attributes
0–2 years of experience in a fast-paced or high-ownership environment (internships count) and/or you are currently in your studies (business or finance related).
Strong academic or extracurricular track record that demonstrates grit, drive, and follow-through.
Mission-aligned: you care deeply about making a real-world impact and choose purpose over prestige.
Fluent in English

Compensation
This is currently an unpaid position, designed for early-career individuals who want to gain deep startup experience and work directly with the founding team. Outstanding performers may be offered a paid or extended opportunity as we grow.
